The holiday season is upon us, and I cannot help but reflect on all the wonderful relationships strengthened throughout 2019, along with the many new ones created. The dreams we have all made happen for the many families, and all the lives we’ve touched these last twelve months, I am so very grateful to be included in an industry that impacts and changes so many lives every day.

Enjoying so many wonderful broker relationships, we truly appreciate your business, your friendship, and for the trust you’ve placed in us during these past 25 years. We are grateful that we have become more than just a funding platform to you. We have become a solution provider, an answer source for structuring, a rule authority, but most importantly, a friend to our brokers. A sounding board, an ideas think tank at times, and this is truly what makes the difference to us. In today’s technology lending markets, we are still humans and still answer our phones. Relationships still matter to us!
Today, our company focuses on ways to strengthen relationships with our valued brokers and to continue building lasting friendships that go far beyond the check at the closing table. As our capacity and volume increase, so does our dedication to our relationships and customers. We only grow when your office grows and volume increase.
