Beginning December 15th, 2009 and running through June 30th, 2010 Diamond Financial Corporate will be offering a "Loan Rebate" for all business brokers submitting business acquisition loan applications that close by June 30th. Some restrictions apply (but not many) and the rules are below.

• Loan size must be between $300,000 and $2,000,000 and qualify under the SBA 7a program
• Loans MUST fully fund by June 30th, 2010
• All rebate requests must be submitted and acknowledged by Diamond Corporate no later than July 15th, 2010 and must be accompanied by the "DFS REBATE REQUEST" form and appropriate tax documentation (W-9).
• Void where prohibited by law
• Additional rules and restrictions may apply
